Business Success In The New Economy - Part One

The American Economy is a mixed economy with a union of fifty states in North America, and it is the world’s third-largest economy. This means it operates as a free market economy in consumer goods and business services.

The U.S. economy has officially entered its longest expansion in history by 121-months. It has surpassed its 120-month record expansion from 1991 to 2001. Here is a list of the Top 10 World’s Biggest Economies for 2019 and 2020.

                         (1)  USA                   (6)  India

                         (2)  China                (7)  France

                         (3)  Japan                (8)  Italy

                         (4)  Germany          (9)  Brazil

                         (5)  UK                   (10)  Canada

The year is 2019 and our economy has drastically changed within the last fifty years, from a “Free Market” to a “Digital Economy.” Some say we have just begun to scratch the surface of our digital economy. As our global economy shifts, new information has come to light about new factors, “new growth drivers.” Some believe that the “new growth drivers” might threaten to weigh on Automation and the digital economy. Some say it will boost productivity for the “eroding old trade” practices of the economy. Most likely within the next fifty years or so, our economy will undergo another drastic change inside our digital economy system.

Speaking of success, your success in today’s hyper-fast economy is not about what or how much you do. It’s also not about how hard you work. In fact, if you’re working too hard, that’s a major red flag, a flashing caution sign that your business is headed for disaster!

Today’s success in the new economy is about what you do not do. If you’re spending significant time doing tasks that can be outsourced to someone for $3-$6 per hour, your business will not survive. If you’re spending more than a few minutes per day managing people, your business will not survive. If you’re not building your business from the ground up, to be easily scalable, your business will not survive.

Additionally, if you’re relying on “me too” info-marketing methods and not implementing advanced sales funnels and internet marketing 2.0 methods, your business will not survive. And if your business does survive, you’ll be working 50, 60 even 80 hours per week just to make the same money you made last year. That’s not the freedom you’re looking for, is it?
