Introduction to Project Drive

“Project Drive” is a nationwide crowdfunding campaign intended to improve the transportation industry in Ghana generally targeted at commercial drivers. Our strategy is to provide them with better and stronger cars at a more affordable cost that pertains in the industry currently through crowdfunding.

Project Drive is backed by investment and a fundraiser scheme managed by Ecobank EDC. Everyone can invest or contribute for returns or rewards based on our business operations model. With this maiden edition of Project Drive, our target is to provide 500 commercial drivers with better cars for a more sustainable carrier, peace of mind, and safety on the roads.

Our Solution

We have innovated a hybrid crowdfunding approach based on our business model at MaClub that allows anyone to invest, contribute, or donate to support Project Drive.

Anyone can be a “part- owner” of the fleet of vehicles ranging from GHS30,000 – GHS60,000.

Interested individuals can invest as low as GHS1500 or more with a 75% return on investment spread over 30 months. The investor receives both principal & interest over the 30 months spread just like the traditional “work & pay” scheme. This approach to financing our project unburdens any individual from the managerial stress of being a “car owner”. The general public can also contribute as low as GHS1 to support the project fundraising for free or for various rewards as givebacks by way of saying thank you.

Project Drive calls on investors interested in the transport service sector to join in with their investments starting from GHS1,500 or more for the purchasing of vehicles for drivers under our "work & pay" scheme to become co - owners of project drive cars. 75% ROI Spread over 30 Months on both principal & interest.

Investment Scheme

The surety of Project Drive is in our investment scheme where anyone can invest a minimum of GHS1,500 for an ROI of 75% over 30 months which will be at a 2.5% monthly spread. Investors have the option to request a cash-out either every month or roll their investment over every 3 months for an extra 2.5% compounding interest.
