INCOME PLAN
Person to person sales- you buy eco friendly products in wholesale prices from your website and sell at retail prices and keep 100% of the profit which is usually about 33% of the wholesale price.
Every product you buy on your website has its own commissionable value (CV) and this adds up to make your personal sales volume.
The Commissionable Value (CV) will be about the same as the wholesale price shown on your website, except for some highly competitive products with low net profit where the CV has been reduced proportionally.you get bonus on your personal sales volume and the requirement is stated below
IF you achieve :
100-299CV in monthly personal sales you get 5% Volume bonus
300-599CV in monthly personal sales you get 9% volume bonus
600- above in monthly personal sales you get 9% volume bonus
ONLINE SALES
IF YOU SELL ONLINE THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE YOU GET:
25% of your customers order CV and an additional 5% if you meet the criteria for the volume bolus as stated above.
For example if a customer ordered products on your website which is worth 20CV then You get
25% of 20= £5
5% of 20 = £1 ( only if you achieve 100-299 total monthly CV)
TEAM BUILDING
At wikaniko you run your own business the way you like it and there is no pressure for you to acquire downlines. However being an MLM business you will earn more by building a team and as you get promoted from one stage to the other.
DISTRIBUTOR PROMOTION LEVELS
1. Distributor-- You need to achieve 36 personal CV , 36 Group CV (this includes Personal) and you don't need anyone under you at this stage.
2. Qualified distributor (QD) -- You need to achieve 36 personal CV, 100 Group CV( including personal) and you don't need to have any downline at this stage
3. Direct distributor(DD)-- You need to achieve 36 personal CV, 500 Group Cv (including personal) and you need to have 2 Qualified directors(QD) as your downline
4. Team Supervisor (TS)-- You need to achieve 36 personal CV, 2000 Group Cv (including personal) and you need to have 1 DD and 2 QD as your downline
5.Team Leader -- You need to achieve 36 personal CV, 4000 Group Cv (including personal) and you need to have 1TS and 3DD as your downline
6.National Supervisor( NS) -- You need to achieve 36 personal CV, 10,000 Group Cv (including personal) and you need to have 1TL and 3TS as your downline
7. National Team Leader -- You need to achieve 36 personal CV, 20,000 Group Cv (including personal) and you need to have 4TL and 1TS as your downline
Business Building Income - Commission paid on each levels Group Volume
Another interesting thing about wikaniko is that get bonus on your group volume ( that is the total monthly CV achieved by your downlines) up to 8 levels depending on the stage of distributorship you are.

REQUIREMENTS
To become an independent distributor you need to register and pay a set up fee of £24.95 ( first month website maintenance fee included) - This gives you your own replicated website complete with shop, members area where you can track your sales, commissions etc, access to wholesale prices, free training and support. There is a monthly fee of £4.95 for website maintenance.
