The Leadership Makes a Big Difference in Team Results

Let me tell you why I Re- joined GDI and EzGDI Team Elite.  I first joined GDI 9 or 10 years ago and couldn't seem to get anywhere.  Also,  It seemed like I was all alone with no help on how to use the hosting and website.  Then I joined GDI again about 2012 because someone sent me information about GDI Team Elite.  Again, no one gave me enough mentoring to help me with my advertising so that I could qualify for getting 6 new paid members.

Naturally, I figured that there was no sense in paying $10 a month for something I couldn't figure out how to use and not getting any new members on my own team.  So I quit again. 

Recently,  I wished someone a happy birthday on Skype and he thanked me and asked me if it might be a good time to consider GDI Team Elite.  I gave him my "Done that, have the tee shirt story" and said no thanks, not interested.  Well, this fellow asked me questions and told me what had been happening with him and long story short, his message made sense that I just might have been on the wrong team of leadership.  So about 45 days ago, I joined his team.  Wow!.  He gave me a couple of ads he had been using and told me about the guy under him who had just qualified for his own team and I was put on the new team.  Now I have 2 new members in my downline after just 45 days  Read more on Why I re-joined on my new blog http://davefullmer.ws/?p=3 .

By the way,  my upline 4 levels above me pointed me in the right direction so I could use the product that my $10 a month is paying for.  Now I have a blog set up and am learning lots more on how to develop it.

There is a myth in internet business that "ground floor" opportunities with new companies is where the money is made.  Well, the truth is that 95% of those new companies will be gone in 5 years.  How do I know that?  I know it because those are the statistics.  95% of all start up companies will not make it to 5 years old.

GDI was here in 2007 when I first heard about them and they will be here in another 9 years.  The product they promote is a good useful product, the compensation plan is a sleeper.  At first glance, you might think there is no real money available, but when you consider the Team Elite concept that you join, you work with the team and learn how to be a team leader.  Once you become a team leader, you work to build 6 new team leaders. (And unlike forced matrixes, if someone in your first 6 quits being a leader, you just get wider and bring in a new leader so you can keep going.
