Team Up With Shawn

Tell me if you’ve heard this one...Just keep following the system. Only to find out that there is no “system.” Frustration is the number one reason so many people give up on their dreams of owning their own business. I am Shawn McAllister and trust me, I was new and frustrated several years ago too. But I didn’t play the blame game. I held myself accountable and started thinking like a top earner. I found a mentor and my personal development took off and so did my business. I figured out that MLM companies are in the business of making money, but not very good at training. In the beginning, I posted my link and pictures of my product all over social media. Instead of attracting people to me, I was pushed them away. Instead of standing out and being myself, I became a company copy and paste machine. Looking back, I have to laugh at my mistakes because I made so many. That’s what is great about life. We all have the opportunity to learn and grow and become better. That’s why I’m so excited! I’ve figured it out, I’ve made the mistakes, and now I can help others avoid the pitfalls and provide a shortcut to success.

In most companies, 5% have success. I took a year and looked at several companies. Leadership, comp plan, and product/service. What I found was one company that stood above the rest. One that was designed for the 95%. The ones that may have struggled or have been left frustrated in the past, or those of you that are new to network marketing. A company where everyone wins. A company that cares about people. They not only have the best products I’ve seen, they also have the best comp plan I’ve seen. The core leadership is the best in the industry and they have put together a true system that is easy to duplicate, as well as a top notch training program.

With all of that, I am not here to make ridiculous claims or crazy promises. What I am here to do is offer you a partnership. To work with you one on one every step of the way. All I ask in return is effort and commitment. Everyone’s goals and dreams are different. It doesn’t matter if you want a little extra income or if your goal is to be full time in network marketing.
