Show Up to Blow Up

I am intrigued with human nature and behaviour. MLM certainly demonstrates a plethora of behaviours amongst the Leaders, Beginners an Prospects. In my experience, the role of the leader is to ensure that any new business partner firstly understands the reason "WHY" for getting involved in a particular business opportunity. Constant reference to the "Why" will remind the new person of the circumstances that they have experienced previously which has  inturn an effect on their emotions. Of course we all want what is best for our families. Some just tolerate there lives and are just content to work 9-5 in their Job, feeling secure living from pay check to pay check. There are those with a "DESIRE" to change their current plight and are "ACTION" takers. It is these people we need to coach and teach a simple system based on daily tasks. 

My blueprint for success in MLM comes down to the following. 

1.) When you are ready to make a "committment" to yourself go out and find an opportunity that has is trending, that has proven demand, that solves a problem. The ability to identif an opportunity is crucial. Ensure the products are best in class and the Company is solid. Then go out and find a mentor from within that opportunity that is top producing. This person must be impressionable and had previous success in a MLM capacity. Keep in regular contact with them even if this is for 10 mins a day. Successful people are often busy but if you are willing and determined and "Show Up" this in turn will have a positive effect on you behaviour and allow your business to "Blow  Up". When you align yourself with successful people you are propelling yourself into a different environment, you are consciously changing your behaviour for the better. DONT BE SCARED EMBRACE NERVOUSNESS.

2.) Assuming you know the industry you want to focus on have found your Mentor, experience the products, learn about the company and the ways you can "create financial freedom".  What I always look for then is the system, tools, training and support in place to help you as you embark on this new business. Make sure in this system there is a prospecting and follow up system, autoresponder, calendar link, notes section on the prospects, a multiple step process to show that the prospect is working through the system's sifting process with the end game being a possible 3 way conference call with your Mentor/Sponsor.

3.) So you have your super star mentor & sponsor and a state of the art system, and you are using your companies products. What next ? Schedule time to talk with you sponsor and devise a plan to achieve certain levels in the business and financial rewards. Dont be put off that you could earn many thousands a week. However there for many is beyond comprehsension, but if for example you wanted to earn 6 figures in the next 12 months then work on a the numbers of people you need to achivee that figure and work back from that to find out how many people you need to speak to. I am and advocate of the 5-5-3 routine. (Invite 5, Follow Up 5, 3 presentations a day). You see anyone can have a dream about being financially free, the dream house, being debt free. But without SETTINGS GOALS or targets, defining daily tasks and consistently performing these tasks, your dream will in effect remain a dream and NOT a reality. Work out what you want to earn, what type of house, car do you want , create a vision board and post the pictures of these possessions you crave. What i am getting at here is how to master your subconsious. If you visualise where you want to be in the future daily, impress the images in your mind. I recommend you listen to affirmations on You Tube for 30 mins before you go to sleep, this is all working on you subconcious mind and the effect over time are lifechanging, your behaviour will change dramactially, your outlook on life will change dramatically. Your subconscious doesn't know in reality that you do not have these posessions. This in turn with a clearly defined plan based on a daily tasks, working your system, being disciplined, reporting back to your upline, which means you are being held accountable for your actions and in turn they can help you stay on track or help you get back on track, then you are in danger of becoming successful ! 

When you let your current behaviours and old habbits influence your decision making then dont expect anything to change in your life, you have automatically disqualified yourself from obtaining anything more desireable in your life. When you understand the power of your subconscious mind and realise that where you are now in life is a result of the beliefs and behaviours impressed upon you as you grew up, you open up a world of opportunity.
