The company offers individuals, who would like to market these products, the opportunity to get paid 5 different ways.  

1. 50% retail sales - As a Independent Business owner(IBO) Total Life Changes will pay you 50% of the point volume assigned to each product.  As an example: Our Iaso tea retails for $44.95 for a month supply. You would get 40 volume points for that sale.  The company will pay you 20.00 for each month supply you sale. No other company is offering 50% of retail sales. 

2. 50% fast start bonus - There are several levels you can get started with total life changes.  When you refer someone and they buy a 44.95 supply of tea for example they can become an IBO with Total Life Changes.  You will get paid $20 dollars.  If they decide to purchase more inventory to start their business and buys a $300 dollar pack that comes with a variety of products you will get paid $150.  We also have a full entrepreneur package where they can get started for $1500 with a wide assortment of product to hit the ground running and you will get paid $750.  As far as I know, you tell me, no other company is paying out those kinds of fast start bonuses.

3. Binary Pay -  In TLC you build two teams.  A left team and a right team.  Based on your rank you will get paid 10% to 25% of the volume your lesser leg produces each week.

4. 50% Check Match Bonus - Once you reach the rank of Director you will receive a 50% check match on your 1st level.  

5. $1500 life style bonus one you reach the rank of National Director.
