Contemporary Art

Do you enjoy contemporary fine art? Painting is one of the earliest man activities. When the humans during the stone-age were doing their daily routines. After their work or during their free time, seems that painting was one of their leisure. They used to enjoy creativity after their working hours are long gone. The cave man did his work of painting on his cave walls. Perhaps this was one of their ways they used as a means of communication (passing information from one generation to the other) and maybe education to their youngsters. One could find paintings of hunters and gatherers on the cave walls.

However as ages passed-by painting has become more and more complex.  Painting and and other artistic activities have also become means of livelihood to many artists and creators. To others; this is just what they do to express their ideas and innermost feelings.

The medium of painting used by different artists and painters; has also become so complex. This seems too  frightening for a beginner. However there are many mediums that are being used by different artists and painters during their painting sessions. These mediums include watercolour painting, oil painting and painting using acrylic colours etc.

The most amazing thing about painting is that while you do enjoy expressing your innermost feelings and ideas; You can still earn a living out of it. You can choose to sell your pieces of art to art shops or even in the most famous art gallery around the world. 

Most of the things we see around us are composed of colours. Perhaps art is involved there in one way or the other. For example when you look at an apparel (cloths) we ware; The designs that are printed on the fabrics. All these have passed in the hand of an artist who designed them before getting into the fabric printer or the tailor who makes them. Many of the man made products and which involves colour; an artist was involved in one way or another.

Art is beauty and at the same time can be a source of livelihood. This kind of creativity can also be used to communicate to people, educate, enlighten, pass messages and even preserve our culture. There are many artists who stood the taste of time like Leonardo, The famous Gustav Klimt and many more. People still crave for these master pieces which  worth millions of dollars.

There those who specialize in painting and expressing their ideas and or passing on messages to others and therefore art can be seen as a powerful tool to pass on message silently but in a very controversial way- As far as the subject is concerned. The art can have political, religious, societal or even personal ideology.  The use  of different form of artistic expressions such as abstract painting or realism painting touching real life issues. Art is diverse in its self and every artist has his or her own taste and or displine that he/ she concentrates on during painting session.
