Hi there! My name is Kathy a Literacy Advocate with Usborne Books & More! My family and I are from Washington State. My husband, Scott and I have been married for 30 years, and we've been together for 34. We have three daughters, ages 30, and two 28 no their not twins. We also have a son who will soon be 21. We have 5 grandchildren. We love them all so very much. We love outdoors things this is what brought us together.  

I've been a consultant with UBAM since July 2019, but I've been a lover of children's books for my entire life. Before having my first daughter I was an elementary education teacher, mostly 4th grade. I had a personal classroom library of over 700 books and it was always my mission to help my "kids" find a passion for reading. UBAM has allowed me to stay home with my girls, which is a dream I didn't know I had until I became pregnant with my first. The freedom this has given our family is priceless!
