Model

• No collection no fee
• Fixed commission rates
• Recover collection cost from the client

Legal option

• First payment expected 14 months after handover
• Smaller accounts cannot be catered for due to higher cost
• Installment values can no longer be managed by the collector
• Disbursements are exorbitant
• EAO system no longer feasible

Phases

• 1.Call centre
• We contact the debtor and negotiate settlement
• If not successful we move to phase 2

• 2.Personal visit
• Personal visit to make arrangements to settle or to pay installments
• Sign Sec 129

• 3.Maintenance
• Manage payments
• Follow up on failed payments

• 4.Recommendation
• We will recommend further action after finalising a matter

 Leunis van Rooyen

Leunis has a dynamic personality and is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. He has a high regard for clients ans is result driven. His background and expertise root from over 18 years spent in the credit providing . This experience ensures that he has a very clear picture of what collections client's expectations are and howto satisfy them. Subsequently he co-founded Lanica Debt recovery, a highly successful and well known legal collection brand.The latest development in the credit/collections industry has left many clients unsure of the way forward. It was a new market place and thus needed a new solution. Network collections Pty Ltd was born.

     Chris van Rensburg

Chris has a natural analytical personality and is responsible for the overall record keeping and statistical analysis. He has a high regard for precision and accuracy and is system orientated. He is a qualified accountant and has occupied various financial focus roles including financial manager, CFO and even CEO in various organisations. His background and expertise root from over 18 Years spend in the credit providing industry and the past 7 years in the collection industry . This experience has ensured that he has a very good understanding of the statistical aspects of doing large scale collections.

   Petrus Smit

Petrus came from within the retail industry and has actively been involved in the tracing and collections space for the past 19 years. He excels in the development of systems and procedures in support of any collections model. He has experience with various debt types and managed large networks of people. Petrus has functioned as an operational manager at some of the largest collectors in  South Africa.
