The STANDARD starter kit is FREE upfront, except for the initial $10 shipping fee. But other than that... NO UPFRONT COST!! However, (here’s the incentive) in return, Norwex just asks that you sell $2000 in your first 90 days. WHEN you meet that goal (which is VERY VERY do-able) you will get to keep the Starter Kit for FREE ($200 value!), which includes the Superior MOP Collection, the Household Package, other great basics, along with business supplies to get your started! This means... you pay $9.99 for over $200 worth of products!! What an incredible deal!! If you don't reach that goal... no worries… you just will need to pay for the cost of the products that Norwex loaned you for 3 months ... which is $200.

Just so you know... almost all of the recruits on our team have hit this goal so far… IF they worked their business. I did it in 3 weeks and hit the $2000 with just 3 parties!!! Most of the consultants on our team make it at least by 30 or 60 days, if working their business. Norwex and I will provide the training you'll need to make that happen! It is sooo possible! Honestly, once I committed, I spent about 3 days just watching all the videos and reading about the product and how things went. COMMISSION:

As a Norwex Consultant, you make 35% commission on all sales (including personal orders). Think about this... if you hit $2000... that's $700 in your bank account!!! Could you use extra cash to pad your savings, pay off debt, or buy extras?? BUT... let’s say that you jump in, do a few parties... and then life happens and you don’t reach the $2000. Since you make 35%... you only need to sell about $600 to cover the cost of the Standard Starter Kit to break even. You'd have $210 in your bank account to pay that back. Totally do-able! (and worth it!)

Another way to look at this is that you can buy your own products at a 35% discount if you don't earn them all for FREE first! (I get ALL of my Norwex for almost free!)

Your 35% commission stays at 35% all the time... but you start earning more bonuses as you have people join your team. However, you never HAVE to have a team. It just kinda happens naturally with this company, though! Our team is growing fast, ALL OVER NORTH AMERICA and the WORLD, and I'm looking for people to help me spread the word about Norwex!

FreshSTART GOALS:

OTHER INCENTIVES TO START YOU OFF STRONG (THIS IS HUGE!!!):

AND... even better than that.... when you sign up with EITHER Starter Kit ... there are 3 additional kits you can earn for FREE... IF/WHEN you reach these **FreshSTART goals:

1. sell $400 in your FIRST 15 days - you earn a kit valued at $130 worth of products

2. sell $1000 in your first 30 days - you earn a kit valued at $175 worth of products

**If you are serious about earning these FreshSTART goals (which I highly recommend), be sure to keep in mind that the day you sign up... your clock starts ticking! So, look at your schedule and see if it is possible to get a launch party together, whether a FB party or home party! To start off strong and earn those rewards... I STRONGLY encourage you to already have 5 to 6 parties booked on your calendar in your first 45 days...before you even submit your application. You can have an online launch party, an in-home launch party, or both! This is SO much easy to do than I thought it would be!

I hosted a party first and earned all the free stuff, then about 2 months later decided to join Norwex. I had one large launch party online and just asked close friends and family to do parties for me. Since I had already earned the mop at my party, I had a BIG incentive at my launch party that if I got AT LEAST 5 BOOKINGS, I’d have a drawing and someone who booked would win the mop absolutely free! And it worked! I booked 7 parties just off my online launch party!

You can do whatever you are comfortable with. When I first saw that I needed to book that many parties, it scared me a little. This is normal. This is where your family and close friends come in handy. When they see how excited you are about this opportunity, they usually are happy to host a party for you to get things off on the right foot. From those parties, you get more bookings and before you know it, you’re throwing 10-15 parties a month (only if you want). Talk with me before you actually sign-up so we can work out the details. I want to also be available to help you launch! But you definitely can start whenever you want!**

MONTHLY GOALS:

To REMAIN an Active Consultant with Norwex you must place at least $250 in retail sales within a consecutive rolling 3 month period. But then you have a 3 month grace period, so, I count this as needing $250 retail sales every 6 months. There is no fee to go inactive, but if you want to sign back up again, you have to pay a $20 re-activation fee. My team goal is for EACH person to sell $250 or more EACH month! (This is totally optional, but you never know when life will hit NEXT month, so that keeps you “safe” and "active" for the next 3-6 months).

MONTHLY FEE:

There is a $9.95 monthly fee for your website (which is a must-have, in my opinion, but technically you don't have to have it)... but you get your FIRST 60 DAYS for FREE IF you opt-in during sign-up! You may cancel this at any time, it's an easy call to our Home Office to have it cancelled. I HIGHLY recommend the website, it’s where I get the vast majority of my sales, and I couldn’t do Facebook parties without it!

BUSINESS CARDS:

Several business supplies will come in your Starter Kit. You can order your first 50 Business cards for FREE (plus the cost of shipping). This can be found in the Norwex back office once you sign on. There are other business supplies that you can order at a later time, when you see what all you need. Personally, I haven't purchased the business cards and I've been FINE. (I'll tell you my secret to avoid extra business expenses, but still get your name and business information in the hands of people who want to buy our products!)

TOOLS & TRAINING:

When you join my team, I will provide training, including ALL of my Facebook party s (plus the images and videos). You can copy them word for word... only changing the specific party details... OR you can take it and make it your own. (I recommend personalizing yours, but I give you the bones and the training to do this.) Then I’ll walk beside you through the beginning and until you are ready to fly on your own. (This is actually a HUGE incentive! And it’s one reason my team has grown so fast!) I share lots of great resources and training... but it's not a lot of pressure for sales! There are ALWAYS great INCENTIVES to sell, but not pressure. I have a GREAT team! My team is a lot of fun to work with, and everyone encourages one another! We have a Facebook group where we encourage each other and share ideas! We’re called the SPRING CLEANING MAMAS (& Papas)! :) I'll add you to that when you join my team. :)

IT'S YOUR BUSINESS:

Just so you know... you can do this job part-time, full-time, or big-time!! You can start off as slow or fast as you want to, however, I would suggest starting off STRONG (because of the amazing incentives that you can earn for FREE... I mean... A TON!!! That offer for the FreshSTART goals ONLY happens during your first 15-60 days. It's super generous! The Starter Kit would be free, the 3 additional kits could be earned in your FreshSTART goals for FREE!... and you could earn the host rewards for FREE!!) When you add all that up, you see that you could potentially earn $700-$1000 (or more) worth of FREE products at the beginning. And truly that is only the beginning with Norwex! Then, if you want to back off, you can. But, if that's too much for your time in life (I GET IT!!!) there is never any pressure from me or the company, EVER, to sell a ton. Again, we give you the incentives, training, and resources to do very well. I'm here to support and encourage YOUR goals. However, it's truly YOUR business, so you definitely get to choose how you want to run it.
