The Training You Receive Will Determine How Far You go

The success you achieve in network marketing is determined by the quality of the training you receive and that which your downline receive. The training you and your downline receive must be competent, effective and repetitive. If it is not, then it is a guarantee that you will fail. Bad training will cause you to fail. On the other hand, competent, effective and repetitive training puts the odds of success in your favour; it accelerates and empowers the business building process and thus causes your success to happen much quicker.  

It's not just that you receive this training, you must apply what you learn on a consistent daily basis. If you try to bypass certain methods or think they are not necessary , you will fail as these are tried and tested systems which habe been duplicated over and over again by those who have succeeded. If you and your downline have the misfortune of receiving incompetent and ineffective training ( as do most network marketers), then it is virtually a guarantee that you and your downline will fail in this business regardless of how fantastic your companty is, or how hard and how long you work. Sadly, over 98% of all network marketers fail because they received incompetent and ineffective training.

So, if your sponsor is a rookie and is trying to train you but is still a bit wet behind the years, what can he teach you? He needs training himself.  A lot of network companies make this mistake. They tell a new member who has sponsored a couple of dsitributors that he is responsible for them! You don't let a toddler look after a new born baby, do you? So how can somone who has only just joined  the business train his downline! Failure is on the horizon.

So, make sure that you are getting the right training from the right people. Don't just go to your sponsor and take on what he says as "gospel" training. Make sure there is a channel of mentors who can train you and make that success you want a reality.

I am where I am because of the training i received. I cannot say it enough, the kind of training you receive will either make you or break you.
