HOW TO MAINTAIN A WHATSAPP GROUP THAT ROCKS IN YOUR MLM BUSINESS

The best platform I can recommend when it has to do with closing a sale is WhatsApp chat application.

I have been using WhatsApp to close my prospects for some times now and the results have been wonderful comparing with closing using other platforms.

Many networkers are still yet to understand the efficacy of closing using WhatsApp.

While I am much aware of the fact that WhatsApp may not be a good fit for closing a prospect for everyone, I consider it to be the best and the simplest platform for closing a prospect online.

#1 WELCOME MEMBERS:

how will you feel if you walked into someone's seminar centre without anyone voicing??

I already how you will feel, you will feel not welcomed. It will look as if your presence is not needed. You won't either like to be engaged in anything because you will feel that needless of engagement.

This is a wrong WhatsApp group culture. In my opinion, networkers make this mistake because they think that it's not necessary to welcome people online. They do it because they don't know that prospects make their decisions on a mental plane. 

Prospects don't join because they are seeing you physically neither do they also join your network marketing team because it's online.

Prospect only join you base on the energy you are projecting.

If you started treating your prospects in your WhatsApp group as if you are seeing them physically, they will respond as if you are dealing with them physically too.

Start welcoming those prospects joining your WhatsApp group from today onward. If possible , give them a real call and let them know that you are happy to have them in your group.

This is exactly what you would have done if your prospect was to come to your seminar centre. 

Think of everything you would have done if you were to meet the person physically and do them too.

The more real you are with your prospects joining your WhatsApp group, the more or faster the person will join your business.

#2 DISPLAY TESTIMONIES:

Testimonials are a great way to make your prospects believe in your business. 

Without having believe in something, action won't be taken.

If you form the habit of displaying testimonies in your WhatsApp group irrespective of how small they may be, you will literary shift your prospects 50% closer to making a buying decision.

Post registration fee proof, post successful registration updates . Post products testimonials if you are in a product company, post everything that should be celebrated. Post screenshots of every successful registrations, earnings and appreciations 

You can use write-ups, screenshots, pictures, audios or videos.

All these things are simple to do and equally simple not to do.

These simple things are responsible for the great things that happen in our WhatsApp groups. 

WHATSAPP GROUP CULTURE 

#3 CELEBRATE TEAM MEMBERS; Humans naturally love to be celebrated. A research conducted proved that a lot of prospects usually sign up instantly after a company's event. This is due to the fact that there's greater excitement when they see other members being celebrated. 

When you celebrate your members or prospects in the group, there's a motion of excitement in the group that will build confidence in the mind of your prospects. This confidence can enhance the registration of your prospects.

90% of networkers that are using WhatsApp group to build their network marketing business are not doing these things that is why they are struggling with signing up prospects using WhatsApp. 

Implement this cultures in your network marketing business so that you start closing prospects effectively.
