ONE CONCEPT THAT NETWORK MARKETING PROFESSIONALS ARE USING TO RECRUIT REGULARLY THAT THE UNPROFESSIONALS ARE IGNORING.


Do you know that our industry has a right and a wrong way of doing things?

Many things you are doing may be wrong, that is why you have to be a student of your profession.

You have to study the professional networkers closely so that you learn as much as you can.

Do you know that there are two types of prospecting??

Do you know that there's an active prospecting and passive prospecting??

Incase you don't know, I'll be exposing you to these concepts today so that you can start using it in your network marketing business.

When you are new to the network marketing industry, you are likely to start with active prospecting.

Active prospecting is an act of associating with a prospect with an aim of introducing your business to him or her within a very short period of time.

While passive prospecting is an act of associating with a prospect or prospects with an aim of introducing or raising the curiosity of a prospect enough to the point that he/she wants to join your business by reaching out to you first.

The passive prospecting often takes time but is the most enjoyable approach of prospecting because it doesn't make anyone to become uncomfortable.

Like I said earlier, passive prospecting usually takes time but it's the most enjoyable.

While active prospecting is within a very short period of time but it's the most uncomfortable.

As a new networker, we are always introduced to the active prospecting and I also think this is the right way to go since the passive prospecting requires some time. But in this training i want you expose you to what the professionals are doing so that you start doing same.

Our industry is a level playing field, everyone starts out as an amateur.

You have to learn about the industry and how it works.

What the professionals do is to combine the two approaches in their business.

Here is what I mean;

When you are new to our industry, you are to start with 100% active prospecting method.

This means that you are to reach out and talk to people. Don't follow the approach that any professional is using at this stage I'll tell you why shortly.

Use the active prospecting approach 100% when you are new to our industry. Then , when you start having a team, you can start combining the two.

Most new networkers always follow the lead of the professional networkers by intending to do it slowly or by using the passive prospecting from the start. They try to make friends with prospects for like three months before introducing their business to them. They usually do this probably because that is how their successful upline is doing.

No , you as a new person must use the active prospecting approach 100% until your business takes off the ground before you can start combining it with the passive approach.

When I was new to this industry, I was told to cultivate relationship with new prospects for like a month or two before I start introducing my business to them but the truth was that there was no time for this and I never had money to keep me going.

The way I see it, you should start doing this after you have taken your business off the ground by so doing passive prospecting will be appreciated.

Let me quickly make it clear here. I am not saying that you should shoot your business at every prospects you come across because you are using active prospecting. All I want you to understand is that your successful upline did not build his business the way he is building now. 

Ask him about the things he did initially before succeeding.

In the remaining part of this training, I'll be showing you What the successful networkers are doing that the unsuccessful ain't doing.

The problem with most networkers is that they never adopt the passive prospecting approach. The stick with the active prospecting and burn themselves out quickly.


Network marketing isn't about doing 100% recruiting on your own.

It's mostly about everyone in your team doing a little consistently

Network marketing business thrives with energy and your ability to manage your energy will determine how fast you go.

The professionals know when to start implementing the passive prospecting so that they maintain their energy level in their business.

Often times, it's at this point that a new networker knows them and thinks that he should build the business like them.

In my current company, my active prospecting was only for one week and since then I've been using passive prospecting to build my business.

I always try my best to let my members know that I was involved in active prospecting before moving to passive prospecting.

Final thoughts.

When you are new to this industry you want to adopt the active prospecting 100% so that your business can take off the ground as soon as possible. Then you can start combining the active with passive prospecting.

Also note that network marketing industry thrives with energy, you have to understand how to manage your energy so that you last longer in our industry.

Know when to start adopting passive prospecting into your business and you will never worry about losing out of energy.

Passive prospecting is a means of building a long lasting network marketing empire start using it today.
