How to Hijack the Trust and Authority of an Industry Leader...

...So that Prospects will do Whatever it Takes to Find Out More about YOUR Opportunity and JOIN!

I remember back when I was knee deep in the fanfare of Empower Network back in 2013... insane commissions being paid out everywhere, and people succeeding all over the place!

And it doesn't matter what your feelings are on Empower Network (EN) or where they are today, there is one thing you couldn't avoid: 

EN caused everyday people to discover how to become experts at lightning speed.

The company's two founders, Dave Wood and Dave Sharpe were already successful network marketers and internet marketers in their own right. They were rockstar leaders and I remember thinking to myself... How did they get to where they're at?

And then I started to wonder... What is their primary opportunity... and how could I figure out a way to work with them directly?

The reason people want to work with those who are already successful is because it appears they've already got figured out. And what you're about to find is why leaders have people coming to work with them - and you don't.

Let's take a look at how to get from where you're at right now to leader status as quickly as possible.


1. Nobody Cares About Your Opportunity (Except You)

It's hard to believe, but it's true. Nobody cares about your opportunity. People join people - not business opportunities.

So what is the first thing to change about what you're doing right now to start enjoying a much higher degree of trust?

Don't start the conversation with a prospect by vomiting your opportunity all over them.

Let me say that again: DO NOT start a conversation with a prospect about your opportunity!

Because when you do, you're signaling that you are a clone of the 110 million network marketers out there who have nothing to offer but a hope and a plea for them to give you their money.


2. Lead With This Instead

So if I'm not leading with my opportunity, then what should I start the conversation with?

Rather then leading with a message of, "hey my business is the best, join MY opportunity!"...

Offer to be a resource to help them get the questions answered.

And take it a step further - offer to be a resource to them IN THE OPPORTUNITY THEY'RE ALREADY PART OF right now - before ever expecting them to so much as glance at YOUR opportunity!

This is like Listerine that eliminates the stench of commission breath. Sounds easy, right?

Not so fast - because it does require something of you that might challenge your comfort zone...

This requires you to level up your skills so that you CAN genuinely be helpful to prospects.

  • If they ask questions about social media marketing, what are you going to say?
  • If they ask questions about paid advertising, what are you going to say?
  • If they ask questions about funnels or affiliate marketing, what are you going to say?

The good news is you can build these skills up one at a time, systematically, but ultimately to position yourself as somebody who knows what they're talking about, you will need to develop these skills over time.


3. The 2 Most Needed Ingredients for Authority and Trust

Every expert started out where we all start - no empire, no prospects, no leads, no enrollments, no sales, NOTHING.

So how did they get from the same place you may find yourself at today - to where they're at now?

Here's how they did it:


The Right Strategy + Consistency + Time = Results

The Right Strategy - offer to be a resource, provide massive value and help with no expectations in return.

Consistency - never deviating from the Right Strategy.

Time - never deviating from the Right Strategy for an extended period of time.

That's it. It really is that easy.

I once heard somebody tell me that success is boring - because it requires you to do the same thing over and over.

It turns out, when you have the Right Strategy the same thing that you're doing over and over ultimately works!

But it all requires you to take the first step.

So what are you going to do when it comes to:

  1. What you talk about in your conversations with prospects
  2. What skills you choose to develop
  3. The routines you knowingly (or unknowingly) engage in day after day
  4. The grit and persistency required to not give up

I guess I should put a question mark on the end of each of those.

Because you're at a point now where you're like the rubber band that got stretched out and can never go back to the same size it was.

If you've made it this far, you already know too much to EVER go back to blabbing about and spamming your opportunity everywhere.
