Elamant is a registered company in Singapore but operating world wide, with the founder/ CEO Ryan Evans. There are two ways of getting paid, through data reward and consultation plan. When become a consultant, you get paid hours in a week depending on the responsibilities certain individual is having. The consultants are responsible for mentoring and training new members, education and training prospects; therefore they get paid for the time they have invested. The compensation plan for consultation start from $100- $ 38 462 per week/ $ 433 -$166 667 per month.

Joining fee is $99, monthly subscription of $99; but if you have three direct referrals before 20 days to your monthly cycle the company rewards you $5 daily. which will assist you with maintenance of your membership, simply meaning you will get free membership so long you are a founder with three active personal referrals. Elamant card Pay card: is $99, but you can also get you cash through selling of passes: E passes for enrollment of new members and R passes for Renewal of account if you can afford the card yet.

Once you join 

New members submit enough weekly receipts at least N$2500/150$ in your first month just to be on the safe side 

From the second month submit N$3800/250$ weekly

Redeem your receipts every 30 days counting from the first day you have submitted your first receipt on your back office in the first cycle. 

N. B. Always monitor your account and press reedem now button to check wether you have enough data to redeem and your redemption date. 

The first month you joined you will redeem 100 data points and the second month you will redeem 200 data points. 

You will be credited 100 data points after 60 days counting from the day you submitted the first receipt on your back office that is if you are redeeming for the first time. The system count from the day your submitted the first receipt on your back office not from the day you joined the business. 

You second receipts will be credited 200 data points on day 90 if you reedemption was successful approved and redeemption was done on time. 

Take not that You won't be able to redeem after 30 days if you have no enough data. Make sure you submite enough data on a weekly  .
