Hi Everyone! My name is Mateya and I am with an awesome Health and Wellness company called CTFO (Changing The Future Outcome)! This company have over 70 products that can help with many different aliments in your body such as poor blood sugar, poor blood pressure, lack of sleep, lack of energy, overweight and more. I currently take their weight loss products I have been on these products for about 2 months and I have lost 10 pounds and I am still coming down! I went to the doctor yesterday they checked my A1C levels and they have dropped as well and my doctor is very impressed with my progress so I shared with her the products that I am currently taking and she was super impressed. 

The products that I take are called Shake Off which tastes so good you would not believe it would even help you to lose weight. I drink 2 shakes a day which replace two of my meals it usually be my breakfast, and lunch, I also take the Weight Control Oral spray which has Isolate CBD and it has a great ingredient in it that helps you to lose the weight and curves your appetite and it is called Garcinia Cambogia. I also take their Chew Offs, you take 2 of the Chew Offs 30 minutes before you eat, I take 2 of them before my dinner and most times I be hungry before I take them but once I take them with water I lose my appetite for about an hour or so before I actually eat my dinner and then I eat a small portion and I repeat this process daily.
