Change is Good
I spent the last 10 years growing a career in operations, and during that time, I learned one very important lesson. Change is inevitable, and one must adapt to stay on board. Go back in time 20 years and look at technology. The advances to that industry are incredible! Go even further and compare a normal childhood in the 90s to a childhood in 2018. When kids used to play outside dusk to dawn, record music from the radio on a tape recorder, watch VHS tapes, watch TV channels with "Bunny Ears" and pagers were cool. Now kids have digital TV with over 200 channels, use technology on tiny devices the size of hand, video chat with friends, and spend 80% of their days on electronics. Compare this to changes in Network Marketing. How are businesses growing? Do they still host presentations in a hotel? Do they still cold call leads? Do they still host team trainings in person? No! As with all other industries, Network Marketing is changing. Leads are found on Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, Pinterest, and YouTube. Whether it's from a home party or virtual party group, more and more customers order online. It's not just how the businesses build, but the products are changing too. With more research and acceptance, new products are launched within the MLM platform. Now is the time to join Network Marketing. Now is the time to explore new industries and products. Accept changes and adapt to a bigger, better, more effective industry! If someone asked me 5 years ago, that I would be in the hemp business, I would have laughed. If someone asked me, that I would be investing in Network Marketing, I would have absolutely said no! I worked so hard for 10 years building my career. Why would I leave that stability for something unknown? Because change is inevitable. Just as technology advanced, so have the ways a person can grow their income. In conjunction, my life changed. I now require a flexible schedule. So why did I join my company? Why did I start this business? As with any career decision, I had to adopt 3 criteria for starting a business: a great product, team mentality, and an awesome compensation plan. This is why I joined my business. This is why you should too. Take a chance on a my team! Learn more at http://bit.ly/WinWithMDCNow
