Having a network of individuals  Having a network of people on this Journey has helped me so much I was inconsist and having some health challenges even in spite of not being able to exercise the food freedom and portion control has helped me to be more focus on my goals. Before coaching I was good at starting a program and quitting and since coaching I am much more focused on my goals too. I am an aunt to 4 kids and my  goal is to be more focus and dedicate on my own health so I can be able to be active around my family. Coaching has given me the tools to help me be successful. The personal development has helped me to be much more confident as growing up i have had a lot of hurt and coaching has helped me to overcome some of these challanges that come my way. I will never stop coaching as the community and personal development has been super helpful to me. Right now I am a discount coach yet I am hoping to some day become emerald and to inspire  others on this journey to help them, be the best version of themself that they can be
