Good day.

I am so excited to have discovered this site. I am sure it will been a path to riches & good fortune for those who invest in me & my ideas. 

I come from an average middle class working family, eldest of three sons. 

I have been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, both public and private sectors. Mostly in specialities like ICU, THEATRE, CASUALTY, ISOLATION. 

I would now like to take my knowledge and interests further into the community and make some changes and provide assistance for the 100's of thousands that still live in squalour and unsanitary conditions causing strain of some departments of government which already have huge issues that need sorting out.

I have a few ideas I would like to share & hopefully it will all make sence. There are a multitude of different ideas as I have stated before. Mainly all involved in land, housing, storage, and much more.

If there are interested investors out there willing to invest and reap rewards far into the future, allowing me to manage the venture/s agreed apon. 

All you could do if you like, is to make occasional pop-in inspections & a bit of a holiday if you are from out of country.

There are so many directions one can move and start making money in South Africa. 

1. The private sector, infrastructure, storage, shelters and homes, assisting less fortunate.

Low cost housing - low income to middle income households.

2. Government sectors, where tendors are submitted for different departments e.g Dept of Health - bandages etc

3. Private, Public Partnerships. Where they work together in whichever way is feasable for both parties and the general public at large.

Tourism is huge and all the above mentioned areas will bring a great deal of jobs into the country. 

There are ideas for the upper class, CEO's & directors but my heart lies with those who need the basic's to get by the struggles of everyday life and its hardships, which are actually so unnecessary in this the 21st century that we are living in. 

All I am requesting is a chance to play my cards right with the right person or people, investors, to get things up and running.
