Good Health should mean Longevity.

Good Health is the single most valued asset a man or woman will possess. More valuable than money, gold, silver or anything you might imagine. What would you value more? Nothing! See how smart most of us are. I agree with you one hundred percent.

The intelligent body of each of us is simply amazing. Its self regulating and self-curing. The body continually executes the processes necessary for our treasured Good Health to be maintained. The more you learn about the balancing act achieved the repairs, the biochemical conversions the alien lives we are host to, etc. Wow, it's awesome! These facts of

our nature can not possibly be brought about by the hand of randomness. I've discovered

we are needed to be of help today more than ever. Our environment is continually being influenced in a negative way by hand of man as well as the unpredictable changes by nature.

Being disease-free and enjoying a long life is most certainly possible. What can we do you might ask?

Well, a deficiency of one essential nutrient over a period of time will surely cause damage to our body. Essential nutrient as I understand it is a nutrient that the body does not make and therefore must be found and assimilated from outside the body. Direct or indirectly, we must derive much of our nutrition from plant life. Our soils have been known to be depleted of many of the minerals required for Good Health by the US Congress since 1936. I am not aware of any positive action having been taken by any Federal Agency to correct the situation. Perhaps there will be a regulation requiring the essential minerals to be added to the soils for the benefit of us all. I would not hold my breath however waiting for such action.

Our food supply can no longer be trusted to provide what our body needs. We must in my opinion supplement to ensure our body receives the essential nutrients required. Essential nutrients mean they necessary and are not made by the body. May we wisely chose the supplements that most nearly mimic mother nature. I am confident that mother nature knows

best.

Speaking of mother nature reminds me of our founder's keen observation of nature. Looking at her for solutions for man's ills. Dr. Forster C.
