I don't like upfront money hype, or big bonuses, or cars or jeeps,

I like long term residual income. I have built businesses and earned 2-2 1/2% on my whole teams. I have built large teams of 140,000 Plus. I have businesses with large teams paying me for many years.

I understand compensation plans, better today than I did previously. I am now earning in my new business an average of 8-10% residual income week after week and growing.

I don't believe in raiding a previous business I built, why would I create an income and raid it. Most quit and start another. There are 350 Million people in the US, another 36 Million in Canada its a big world.

Why would I work so hard to build and quit? Get out of your own way. Support and sustain your business, but don't quit. Start another if you like but leave the previous one alone. Saying that I would never join a company that restricted me from working another business. No one owns me.
