ADOPT THIS TECHNIQUE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE ANY OF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS

Most times when we hear the word follow up, we automatically think of our prospects. 

Today's training is going to be a little bit different from the usual ideas you have concerning follow up.

As we know money is in the follow up and as you incorporate this into your network marketing strategy, you will surely experience an increase in your home base business income.

Often times we think that the battle is over immediately after that prospect signs up with you. 

The way I see it, the battle just began. The work you need to do for your newly registered member to proceed from amateur rank to a professional rank weighs far more than the job needed to recruit that prospect.

With my experience in this industry, I can tell you how easy it is to get a prospect started than get him going in the business.

Though it's not your duty to make any team member a professional networker but it's your duty to guiding an interested member to professionalism.

There are winners in life,

There are equally losers but there are people who don't know how to win and all these people want are some coaching and mentoring.

Since our industry requires a great sense of commitment not just excitement, it's always required to continue guiding and mentoring your passionate team members until they become leaders in the business.

Not only should you reserve follow up for your prospects, your team members equally need some.

I want you to chew on that.

Initially in my network marketing business i literally confused the Idea of not dragging any member across the finish line to mean that if my active member stops the business and suddenly starts ignoring my calls I should let the person go since I didn't have to drag anyone to become successful.

Dragging your members across the finish line is solely for members that are not coach able and not productive.

Here is it...

If your active team member suddenly stops working the business, him or her ignores your calls, you are to start following up with them professionally until they die or asked you not to contact them again.

Follow up isn't only for prospects, it's also for team members.

A little word of encouragement can get your active team member back on track.

Let me be real with you.

We are all emotional creatures, we act emotionally and then back our actions logically. 

Since we are emotional beings, there are times that our emotions will throw us to a conner making us to abandon our network marketing business.

If we are left alone, we will be drown in our emotions which may result to a permanent defeat.

It's at this point that positive external forces can help.

Your team member at some point may experience this in his or her business, if you let the person, he or she may go and never return.

It's always said that it's easier to sell to your existing customer than get a new one to buy.

Continue following up with that active team member professionally when they stay away from their business.

Update him or her about the recent happenings in your team and the company.

Do this with an assumption that he or she is still actively involved in the business. As you keep on keeping on, with time his or her emotional state will change and he or she will thankyou for not giving up on him or her.

Implement this and rock your network marketing business.
