Are Your Reps Producing?

Many times we get so caught up in the excitement of someone joining our team,

that we don’t realize til further down the road that they have not done a single thing.

No product sold, no reps added… nothing.

But guess what…

…this is what happens when we get someone to join that doesn’t want to join or better yet doesn't deserve to join.

They join to appease us, but not because they see the big picture.

And so, what you have to do is be willing to be okay with people NOT

doing the actions or the activity that you know will help them grow their business.

Do we hope that every person we ever talked to would just join our business? Absolutely!

What makes us get so tangled up with trying to sell someone who doesn’t want the thing that we’re selling.

That is where we’re wasting time and we get frustrated because our team isn’t growing as fast as we like.

Once we realize that some people on our team aren’t worth the commission, we can eliminate wasting time and energy on them.

We have to throw away our crystal balls when it comes to our prospecting.

If someone is open to taking a look at our opportunities, wonderful. If they’re not open to taking a look, move on.

Stop Doubting Yourself

If someone came to you with a goal of making $5k a month

and you tell them to go prospect 5 people a day, and report back in.

And then you talk to them a few months later at a company event, and asked

them why you never heard back from them…

…Don’t doubt yourself as a leader when they tell you they’ve been focused on other things.

Just understand that they don’t share the same desire as you to do that activity.

It’s OK.

Keep showing up. Love them for who they are.

See them for who they could be, but don’t be addicted to that outcome.

This is probably, the number one killer of would be six and seven figure earners in network marketing is they create this form of self-sabotage.

When we see the desired results that we’re looking for aren’t there…

We start questioning and doubting ourselves, and here comes the sabotage.

We tell ourselves this isn’t working…

maybe the product is bad,

why isn’t anyone joining,

why can’t I get anyone to buy the product…

We let our fear and doubt settle in…

We stop prospecting and we stop recruiting.

Bad idea...WHY?

Because you don’t know when the you are going to recruit the next superstar

Recruiting takes you to the next level, you have to keep doing it over and over and over and over again. Don’t get stuck in the self-sabotage mode

All you can do is accept people where they are…

Create an environment or group where they can get questions answered and see other team members who are taking action successes.

One day they just might get off the fence and become a top producer…

Charles Lenoir In my opinion the best way to avoid being in this situation is to stop prospecting & recruiting everyone. When you offer value people will come to you on a consistent basis.   6 years ago
