Hi my name is Shannon Elmslie I have been with my company for the past 6.5 years. When I first got involved in Network Marketing I was doing it for something to occupy my time as my children were leaving home and my husband worked away from home. My oldest daughter went off to college and I began to build my business and was doing really well until our world was turned upside down when my daughter went into complete kidney failure, I had to leave my job as a salon owner to be with her, we spent 62 days in hospital and long story short my income from my network marketing business paid the bills. Now I have made this hobby into my new career.

I began my journey with Nucerity International based out of Houston,Texas 6.5 years ago. We have technology based skincare and the worlds only breathable barrier mask. When I joined this was the only product available, since then they have added an eye cream, a water based daytime barrier,moisturizer, body silk made from botanical ingredients that can be used from head to toe, and most recently a wellness drink called Elite that I personally can not go without. Nucerity was looking to dive more into health and wellness but new it would take years to come up with the standard of products they wanted so in March it was announced that we were merging with Ariix. Ariix is a 6 year old company that was just voted 78 out of 10,000 direct selling companies. Ariix was voted to have the Number One Compensation Plan worldwide last year. There motto is Disruptive by Design as they are there for there distributors 100 % with a complete Bill of Rights protecting the distributor. 

Under the Ariix umbrella we carry several brands, Health and Wellness line called Nutrifi that boasts using the absolute best ingredients on the market. Weight Loss and  Management called  Slenderiize, Essential Oil line called Prime. This line only has 4 oils that are already premixed for everything a person needs, a water and air purification system called Puritii that is getting clean water to those who don't have it and making an imprint on the cutting down on plastic as one water bottle eliminates 450 plastic water bottles from our landfills and oceans. Personal Care products called Reviive and skincare called Nucerity. 

Ariix is a global company and is already open in the U.S., the U.K., China,Japan, Russia, to name a few.
