Innovation and creativity have changed or eliminated some things and closed down some Businesses like nitel replaced with handset. But nothing will replace education/ Knowledge. The more human society becomes complex the more knowledge will be needed.
E stands for Execution. No matter how wonderful opportunity could be or educated you are without the will power to go and Execute it, there will not be results. University doesn't award PhD to somebody that wants to study economics. Life doesn't give us what we want but what we demand. The major dividing line among human beings is this skill- Execution. Nigeria has natural and human resources to be among the richest countries in the world but lacks the will power to Execute laws against corruption, to treat everybody equally irrespective of your religion, age, tribe, social status. Why many people struggle in life is this- inability to Execute their vision. Identifying opportunity is not enough. Going to school or acquiring knowledge is not enough. O+k-E= nothing. But O+K+E=success.
