My Story: Small town girl that dreams of owning the word

My name is Zanele Mngomezulu originally from a small dusty village in the Free State called Mamafubedu. I’m currently residing in Pretoria the Capital City of South Africa. I’m an independant, present single mother of a 2 year old baby boy. I met Herbalife back in 2015 and my reasons were that I wanted to supplement my income and also the position I was holding at my previous employer had become redundant and the company was following a retrenchment process. I needed something to fall back on.  I was already hard at the gym but lacked information regarding nutrition, I used to gym on an empty stomach which lead to random blackouts and I was always tired. I immediately started on the full breakfast pack then something changed! My energy levels improved, I was happier at work and I shaped up! 

Through my results I found myself in business, first month in the business I made a profit of R1500 (104usd) that got me really excited!! Best month was just over R34 000 (+-2380 usd)  I’ll forever be grateful for this opportunity that has changed my life so much!  Coming from a very small town my perspective was widened by my first travel to Cape Town, first time in a plane, first time at the airport, first time at the beach! All through Herbalife! 

I got to travel the world! I’ve been to Prague in Europe, Dubai and through hard work and consistency the company rewarded me with a vacation for 2 in Mauritius! I took my mother with for 7 days of complete bliss and  leisure! 

I had the pleasure of falling pregnant on the product, used the products throughout my pregnancy and gave birth to a very healthy baby! I shaped up perfectly and now I can fit into all my pre pregnancy clothes. During pregnancy it was made clear to me that my employer does not pay any salary during maternity leave! Thank God for Herbalife because I had an extra stream of income. I didn’t solely rely on UIF money! I was able to prepare my son’s arrival and took care of him even after giving birth during maternity leave!
