IF You Think Snail Mail Is Dead You Have Another Think Coming.

Many MLM people have put snail mail on the shelf for the faster email delivery. I prefer snail mail because email gets lost in the shuffle. I get so many emails every day i lose some of them and they don't get read until someone calls me and asks me if I got it. I read the new email. delete what i don't want to keep and cleans out those that do not interest me. A lot of marketers send me emails wanting me to join their opportunity. How ever when i send emails to them i get nothing in return.

I have received a few offers from Guru's who want to teach me Internet marketing. One sent me 5 videos promoting his internet marketing course. He wanted $1500. He said he had a Secret Weapon. He kept talking about this secret weapon. Well in the fifth video he told what his secret weapon was. I didn't take his course so i imagine he talked in more detail about his secret weapon in the course. His secret weapon he used whenever he wanted to increase his sale was. "Mailing Postcards." What are post cards part of ??? Snail Mail.

Not everyone is smart enough to understand the things that go into internet marketing. SEO,  directories, tag lines, keywords, and much more. I am not a stupid person, however I have seen times when I would have to do something two or three times before I could get it right. Snail mail is something everyone can do.

When internet marketing started to become popular I found that a lot of arrogant people were learning to market on the internet. I like to cold call. Most people do not. When the internet started to become popular I would call prospects and get acquainted. I have had people say, ”Do you have a web site?” No! They would respond, “Well, call me when you get one.” That was back when having a web site was very, very expensive.

Direct mail is still the best way to go even if you do have a web site. Direct mail is a science that needs to be learned just like the internet. However, it is much simpler much more friendly and get a much better response. There are many ways to drive traffic to your website. Many of them will drive hundreds and sometimes thousands to your web site. Most are curiosity seekers.  But, how many of those will be productive responses. To drive targeted responses to your site, people who are truly interested in what you have to offer. . . post cards are the way to go. Those who go to your website from the postcards are interested in what you have to offer. I would rather have 10 good solid leads who will join with me then 10,000 looky lou’s.
