What's your plan?

Have you ever woken up on any given day, and wondered if there is more to life than what you see and do in your daily routine? Your daily routine includes getting up at a set time, going to work for 8-12 hours a day, and build someone else’s company, their dream. In addition to building someone else’s company and fulfilling their dreams, you had to work in confined quarters on an absolutely gorgeous day with perfect temperature. If you had the luxury of having a window, you stared outside wishing you were elsewhere versus being tied to a desk. The boss or upper level management were free to take off whenever they desired, and their desires might have included luxurious vacations to exotic places.

I must admit, I was the one working 10-12 hours day, some Saturdays as well to get the job done. I took pride in my job. The work I and my team produced had to have integrity and be representative of the very best of our abilities because this was a representation of who were individually, as a team, and for me as a leader. Early in my career, my mentors demanded the very best from me. This was an important thought process and behavior I incorporated into my life and therefore, expected from others. But, the rewards did not always equal the amount of time spent nor did our efforts get us to financial freedom when the job was done. I don’t mind hard work, but I do mind my efforts for working hard not being recognized enough to get me to financial freedom.

One day I finally asked myself, what about my dreams? Don’t I deserve something better? Am I not worthy of a better lifestyle? Then reality sat in; what was my plan? What was my plan to get rewarded for hard work done with minimal time spent and provide me with financial freedom? Is this the million-dollar question or dilemma for you as well?

Well, I finally got a plan. I now work “part-time from home” as a distributor for an awesome network marketing company, World Global Network (WGN). I have learned to trade money for time. I now have time to build my dreams, go to exotic places according to my schedule and not according to someone else’s schedule.
