They Are Coming To Buy You.
Sales online and offline is seen as offering answers for those looking for "Solutions" to problems. It then evolves into scarcity, limited time, discounts, fear of missing out and finally a decision, which you have helped them decide.
Luckily for our business we aren't trained like that. You are qualified first to see what we have and then presented with a 90 minute presentation- and lastly "IF" your rate highly are engaged in 3 way call to answer any question.
At the very end of the 3 way call we ask two very simple question..
- "Can you see yourself getting started here today?"
- "How would you like to pay for that today?"
I have had a similar experience buying a New Lexus RX 300. I emailed for a price and to arrange a test drive. He sent me the information about the car and asked two questions.
- When would you like to drop into the dealership to view the car?
- How do you like your coffee?
A similar experience happened buying two houses for my clients. Due to Covid restrictions I had arranged video inspections. The houses were under 7 years, met all the particulars and both agents showed me the properties via video and showed me everything.
They ended the inspection by asking two questions...
- Can you see yourself in this new property?
- How can we help you do it today?
I discovered during these transactions that I already knew I was buying the houses and the car. I came to buy the business / agents. Can I form a great business relationship with these people.
Your online clients are doing the same. In my business we heavily qualify for people who are required to meet our entry standards. People who are driven, self motivated and want to create a successful business. People whose actions demonstrate their desires.
From me they want to see a Leader, Confident, Authentic Business Owner who is busy creating fantastic experiences and results. They want to learn how to do the same.
