Time To Get SERIOUS!!!!
Let me ask this question...
How serious are you about.... 1. changing your life??? Have you not seen how the world has undergone a drastic change. Employers are really not hiring employees anymore. Contractors are the new employees without any health-care benefits or the perks of an employee. More companies are cutting back, work loads are doubling and long term employees are being asked to leave before they are ready to retire. It's called a BUYOUT!!.
Why???
Because the company saves money when they hire contractors to do the same work for less plus don’t have to pay benefits. You get paid when you do work or show up to work. When was the last time you seen anyone work with the same employer for 10 yrs or more who is not a baby boomer??? Think about that... I’ll wait for your answer.
Wake up!!!
How serious are you about.... 2. Doing what necessary to secure your finances??? You went to school for all those years. Got a great education along with student loans. And now you have that awesome job.
Right....
Oh you thought it was an awesome job until the student loans came rolling in. Until the cost of living went up but no increase in salary or any bonuses. Really, when was the last time you received a bonus??? Until you work yourself almost exhausted and dizzy to only have a couple dollars in your account at the end of the week.
Oh it's better....
Until you get paid... Yay, its pay day but that whole paycheck is already spent and you even haven't written a check yet or check your online bill accounts.
But the best has yet to come.
Now your own government could care less about the vicious cycle they put you in as a punishment for not funding a wall that no one is going to build anyway. Do you see how you have lost control of owning your own life.
Oh by the way...
When was the last time you were paid???

Are you still going into work without getting paid. So basically you are a slave to the government or your employer. You work without pay. That's a slave and when you receive that retro paycheck. Oh man uncle Sam is going have the best day ever. Because they will take out more in taxes due to the increase amount in pay. So in other words you will pay more tax money with that retro paycheck than you would have if you received your normal paycheck.
Come on man!!!!! Get serious!!!!
What plans do you have for your family when life happens? When the government has issues? When your employer let's you go? When a medical issues arises? Stop depending on your employer to provide for you. Its almost like being a drug addict. There are people out there affected by our government or employers and decided to take ownership of their life. How much hurt do you have to endure before you....
WAKE UP!!!
Start putting yourself and your family FIRST. Your loyalty should be to them. So I ask you again...
