 RENUNERATION, TERMS OF WORK AND PROMOTION

Work Terms: 

1. Payroll manager (Zonal) :- These involve the disbursing of payments to other Native Logistics Inc. Workers. The disbursing of these funds will be directly into their provided bank accounts or wallets as the case may be. 

The Zonal manager (1) will be saddled with the responsibility of disbursing these funds on timely bases to the workers whose payment information are submitted to the Zonal Manager (1) by the CEO without delay. 

The important of "Timely Payment" can never be overemphasized, therefore to ensure smooth running of this payment the Zonal Manager (2) will work closely with the Zonal Manager (1) in which both will have access to the paying account. 

The main job of the Zonal Manager (2) is to login to the paying account provided to him/her by the Zonal Manager (1) and make sure funds are being sent to the right workers and make sure its "on time."

The Zonal Manager (1) will be asked to provide the online access of the following info to the zonal Manager (2) for proper monitoring. 

1. Online access of regions bank account 

2. Online access of AT&T, Sprint and Verizon

Remuneration:

The Zonal Manager (1) will be paid to his/her choice of bank account or wallets as the case may be. It is in the companies place to pay the Zonal Manager (1) & (2) along with other workers whereby the disbursing will be done only by the Zonal Manager (1).

Promotions:

Native Logistics Inc. Holds a weekly draw of 5-10 lucky winners of iPhone and other gadgets, the Zonal Manager (1) will be mandated to have ready at least one of the following mobile carrier ready:

1. AT&T (Postpaid) 

2. SPRINT (Pospaid) 

3. VERIZON (Postpaid) 

After which winners must have been announced the Zonal Manager (1) will be instructed to ship to the winners and will be monitored by the Zonal Manager (2) for "timely payment."

The Zonal Manager (1) and (2) shall work together to full effect in ensuring the company keeps his promise to her workers.
