Stress and our businesses

We love leading our businesses from our homes, and it sounds wonderful. It is wonderful, but building in the MLM space also means Stress/ Anxiety/ Odd hours/ Deadlines/ Uplines/ Downlines and everything in between. This does not lead to ultimate mental health. For those of you not building in the Health and Wellness Category, I am going to suggest you talk with a friend about how to improve your health, lessening your stress, with products from one of the great Health and Wellness. You know what awesome service and education is provided in MLMs and it's a great opportunity to support the industry and improve your own life.

Hey, Im happy to be your friend! I am with doTERRA,  and one of our newest product lines actually prompted me to write this. It is called Adaptiv. It is a Calming Blend but I am calling it my Easy Button Blend. Adaptiv has a cute little kit of three products- Capsules, a Rollerball of oil, and a pure bottle of oil.  The Capsules are self explanatory- just 1 a day, but I will tell you a little about the oils in the blends. These oils in the blends were selected, because of the wide research, from all over the world, on each of them. The blend is perfect for diffusing, and the rollerball which is diluted with fractionated Coconut oil is great for rolling on the skin- wrist, spine, feet, etc. 

So why am I calling it my easy button blend?  I live a stressful life; kids, multiple businesses, a house to care for and all of the thousands of issues that revolve around these things. The stress of it all can make me comfort eat, procrastinate, yell, half complete jobs, and live in a constant state of panic and anxiety. Ok, seriously I just tried it because it was our new product, I did not think it would be a big deal. WOW, I WAS WRONG! After just 9 days I can say my whole world seems Easier! I'm not craving sweets, Im not starting arguments and yelling with my family. But, why would this improve my business? Hello, I'm not procrastinating, Im finishing jobs, Im responding to messages, and not forgetting them by the time I get home.
