The telephone: the best MLM tool

People want to do home gatherings, business opportunity meetings, friends parties... But, honestly, the telephone is the best recruiting tool you will ever have in order to make a nice downline with your business.

You may disagree, but I can show you that it is true. The fastest way to build a network marketing downline is by calling network marketers and offering them the opportunity to become part of your team. Try to do this exercise: Go to your closest top earner in a network marketing company, and ask them if they can show you the names and past experiences of the network marketers he or she recruited into their first level on the compensation plan. You will be amazed! They will only go to network marketers to recruit them into their first levels. Those recuited MLM free agents will then turn loose and start recruiting and recruiting... And here is the news: they all use the phone to contact other network marketers.

So there is no better way than the phone to reach those game-knowledgeable people and offer them the idea of becoming part of your team. Think about it. They know the game, they don't need to know about details, they just need to see the compensation plan, research a bit about the company and its owners, evaluate the feasibility of the opportunity, and start running with it. For that, you only need a phone.

That is what I encourage my team members to do if they want to work with me or if they want to receive assistance from me. Our training within our team is really effective, and, guess what? It promotes calling network marketers and treating them with respect and dignity. There's a lot to learn, but not too much so as to stop you from doing what you should be doing when you sign up at any comany, and that is start recruiting immediately.

And calling network marketers is where you should concentrate most of the time you dedicate to do your business, whether you do it part time or full time. Recruiting is the most important part of it. And since the phone is the most important recruiting tool for a network marketer, it will become your best friend. Try to get a great voice quality and a decent device. It is not efficient to cut meat with a dull knife, is it?
