SUCCESS RECIPE FOR NETWORK MARKETERS

Often times, many people overlook the best aspect of network marketing industry. 

To me the best aspect of network marketing business is the person you will become in the process of pushing to achieve the height in your company.

Like Eric worre often say that the problem is not how to make those big money in network marketing company but the problem is the kind of person you need to become in order to start making the money.

This therefore means that network marketing business is just a personal development business with a compensation plan attached to it. 

We often hear that our business will only grow to the extent of your personal growth.

Initially when I heard this I took it lightly, I thought it's one of those things that should be said in our industry, I never knew it's reality. I Was constantly trying to earn more money in my business with my old mindset little did I know that I needed to develop myself more and more.

This was when I believe what Jim Rohn said that "for things to change, you have to change" he also said that " things will only get better for you when you get better"

Personal development is inevitable in network marketing business. 

In today's training i will like to shear with you the common denominator of success.

For the past few years that I have been involved in network marketing industry, I have listened and learned from some powerful leaders in the field of personal development and i have understood that the common denominator of success is FORMING THE HABIT OF DOING THINGS THAT FAILURES DON'T LIKE TO DO.

There are specific ways that successful people live and there are certain things that failures do.

If you form the habit of doing things that failures don't like to do, you will inevitably be successful. 

This isn't a rocket science, you can know what failures don't like to do by studying the way of life of both successful and unsuccessful people.

You can learn alot just by watching and listening to them.

according to Jim Rohn he said that you should get around successful people and watch. Watch how the man shakes hands, watch how the lady responds. You can learn alot just by watching.

If someone is seen to be successful, watch them closely, you will pick up some disciplines, you will literally identify some gestures , actions, activities e.t.c 

If you form the habit of doing what successful people do, one day you will wake up to realise that you are among one of the most successful person's of your generation.

Here is another one.

Not only should you watch or listen to successful people, you should also listen and learn from unsuccessful people.

You have to study the unsuccessful folks so that you identify what not to do.

Study them closely so that you learn from their mistakes

Jim Rohn rightly puts it; "find out what poor people read and don't read it"

Your ability to identify what unsuccessful do shifts you a step closer to being a success.

Identify what you are to do and what you are not to, discard unsuccessful act and stick with the successful acts.

Here is another one 

When you identify how things work, get to work. Most people run home once they discovered that success isn't easy.

If it was easy everyone would do it. Personally I don't think there's any step by step guideline for success. Success is more of mentality. If it were a set of instructions everyone would implement it.

Most people always ask me Mac-francis teach me how to generate traffic online ( how to get prospects online) and then i start to explain different things I do to them after my explanation when they leave, I won't hear from them again.

The truth is that success requires serious work. So once you identify what successful people do, get to work. It requires action and the best word that goes well with action is massive.
