Who is YOUR Mentor

It does not matter who are in order to be successful you need a mentor, someone who is where you want to be. 

Whether it be Tony Robbins, Robert Hollis, Oprah, doctors, lawyers or any high ranks executive, they all have a mentor or coach.

How do you think they got to where they are is through luck or hard work or by doing what someone who is successful in doing what they want to do has done.

Mentors and coaches are different depending on your situation. As a high ranking executive it may be a board of directors, as a lawyer it is the senior member of the firm or it you are Tony Robbins or Robert Hollis it is someone in their field who has become very financially successful and for all of them it is reading, reading reading ever and all books related to what you are doing.

You are in business for yourself.

To be truly successful it is not what you do yourself but how many people you help to become successful.

You could earn all the money in the world and give it all to charity which is worthy but you have not taught anyone to become successful. You have taught no one how you made your fortunes so that they too can earn all the money in the world and give to charity just as you have done.

LEVERAGE you knowledge.

My uncle Bob started a garage when he returned from WWI. When WWII started gas became in short supply and people could no longer afford to keep their cars so they took their cars to my uncle who bought them and put them on a lot for sale. At the end of the war people now wanted cars again so they would get a used car from my uncle who would sell 2 used cars and buy one new car from GM. After a while, he opened the first GM dealership where he lived.

Why did I tell you this as it is a way of leveraging money to create something larger?

That is what you must do in order to make your business into that which you want it to be and in order to do that you must learn what successful people do, how they do it and then put it into practice.

If it is good enough for Robert Hollis to come out of retirement for, then it is good enough for me.
