A violent crime happens every 26 seconds.  College age women are 4 times more likely to be assaulted.  1 in 5 women are survivors of rape.  Damsel in Defense is working hard every day to change the statistics.  I know from personal experience, at least 2 instances where the products that we sell have stopped a crime from happening, and one instance was my daughters best friend.  When you hear stories like these, you know that you are making a difference in your community.

I am looking for people who are ready to make a difference.  I am looking for people who are willing to put in the work.  If you want to make a difference, I offer shoulder to shoulder training, I am with you every step of the way.  

We have a generous compensation plan, with additional incentives every month.  Our incentive trip this year is to Rivera Maya, Mexico!  Our national conference in July will be in Las Vegas and one of the speakers will be Elizabeth Smart!  This 3 day conference will be fun, fast paced and full of training that will take your business to the next level!

Our training process is detailed and comprehensive.  We are committed to helping you be as successful as you want to be!  We offer Empower Hours and Warrior Workshops.  An Empower Hour allows guests to see our entire  product line and to learn some basic ways to keep themselves safe. The Warrior Workshop is a more in depth training, we put a practice pepper spray into our partipants hands, and let them spray a “bad guy” so they get an idea of how it feels to use a pepper spray.  We talk about not being a soft target and we debunk many of the myths surrounding crime.  

Damsel in Defense is a completely debt free, 6 year old company.  We have less than 25,000 reps, or Damsel Pros, nationwide.  This is not a saturated market, and there plenty of room to grow!
