# I joined Elamant in May 2020 and I'm at Consultant rank currently, i have a team of 29 and I'm aiming to be a senior consultant by mid July. For this short period I've been in this business so far, i can only say it's unbelievably good. =The trick is register and start looking for your 3 recruits. Bring 3 people within 8 days of joining to avoid paying the renewal fee on day 28.

Upload receipts worth 200 dollars per week every week until monthend.

On day 28 you either pay renewal fees or the company pays for you. (If you bring 3 people within 8 days of your joining you won't pay anything but if you fail to register 3 people directly under you within 8 days you, you will have to purchase a renewal pass in order to activate your account beyond day 28.

On day 30 your receipts go for verification ( the redemption process) and this runs for 30 days.

From day 30 you will start a new cycle of uploading receipts worth 200 dollars per week just like the previous month.

On day 56 you either pay or the company pays for you( if you have 3 active direct downliners under you you won't have to pay anything from your pocket, the company pays for you. However if you do not have your 3 active downliners you will have to purchase a renewal pass to activate your account.

On day 30 you receive your 1st payment which will be $100 and on the same day you second batch of receipts go for verification.OnAnd you start collecting receipts again and on day 84 you either pay or the company pays for you.

On day 90 you get paid your 1st 200usd and this will happen every other month.

To earn per week you need a team of at least 12 people.

If you qualify to be a consultant this week, you will have to report 5 service hours which are alloted to consultants, after you report your 5th hour your reported hours will go into a pending status where they will be verified and this will take a wwek.

So if you qualify to be a consultant on Thursday 10th and you manage to report your 5 service hours before Sunday your reported hours will go into the pending status and this will take a week so you won't get paid on Sunday 13th but you will be paid the following Sunday after that which is Sunday 20th. On that very day the verification of your hours (for the week 13th to 19th)will go for verification and Sunday 27th you will get paid. Its a series of reporting and getting paid.
