What software to use for your online business?
One of the biggest questions I hear from clients and potential clients who are interested in working online is what software to use?
Whether it is with networking marketing, affiliate marketing or otherwise - the same question comes up over and over.
5-10 years ago there was WordPress and that's about it. AWeber for email marketing.
I mean of course, there were more, but it wasn't quite like it is today.
Today there are literally 100s of options.
What email autoresponder should you use?
What landing page should you use?
What is the best sales funnel software to use?
What is the best membership site to use?
What is the best course hosting platform to use?
Truth is there isn't a one-size-fits-all. There is no "perfect" or "best".
The best software is a subjective opinion.
Website nowadays is a generic term.
A website can be a membership site, online course, blog, sales funnel, and literally dozens of not 100s of potential features and add ons like pop ups, email marketing, lead magnet, webinars, video hosting, and so much more.
The question is what is your business?
What are the important features to market, sell and deliver your product and service?
What is your pricing model?
Do you want to host professional videos or hosting on YouTube video is adequate?
Do you mind paying transaction fees?
Do you want one-time payment options or subscriptions or both?
Do you have to be able to manage it yourself or have someone manage it for you?
Do you want a blog?
What is your budget getting started?
Are you looking to DYI or DFY? (Do it yourself, or Done For You)
Everyone will have their favourite software. Kajabi, Zenler, Wordpress, Podia, Teachable, ClickFunnels, Kartra, 10X Pro, Wix, SquareSpace, Duda, and dozens more. (not to mention a ton of email marketing options too!)
