3. I accidentally deleted my Google Authenticator account, and I cannot login now!

8. I accidentally sent my funds to the Financial/Offset account, can I send them back to Rewards?

Ans: No, all transactions within the app cannot be reversed. 

9. I can't purchase any package with Offset! It doesn't let me continue when I select the 'Custom Payment' option!

Ans: Please click on the 'Maximum Payable' column, then input the amount you wish to use from your Offset account. 

10. How do I use the balance in my Certified account?

Ans: The balance in your Certified account qualifies you to purchase future tokens at a price typically below market value.

These tokens are available from our exclusive private token pre-sales that are only available to HyperFund members, which we will announce ahead of time to the community whenever a new one starts.

In addition, users can also apply for a conversion of their Certified account balance to Mars tokens within Mars Mall, and use the Mars tokens to purchase things within the mall. Keep an eye out for when the application period opens by following the announcement channel.

11. I just got promoted to a new rank! What should I do to get my celebratory poster?

Ans: Submit your photo, name and a screenshot of the rank to the CM on-duty. Include any description that you may wish to add. 

Once verified, the poster should be created and posted in the HyperCommunity Telegram group within 3 working days.
