My New Stage In Life

In early September 2019, I launched my first business with the little bit of money I had in my pocket, about $20. No, I'm not rich, at least not yet. But, I'm on my way by doing the right things, spending money wisely, learning from the mistakes of the first few ad buys I made.

You see, I just turned 65 years old in September, and I want to retire. It's not because I'm tired of working, but because I'm tired of commuting and fighting road construction for two hours a day.

The problem is that I have the energy to work, and in many ways, it feels like my career is just not ready to end yet. I like working, and working hard especially.

So, the solution was to start my own business and let it gradually replace my salary income of the past 45 years, no small task.

I started with a few websites designed for affiliate marketing in special niches where my interests are most passionate, and these products are making some strides. I'm patient, but I want to see results.

Then, a co-worker asked me if I was interested in CBD oil. I had heard testimonials about CBD products, and my skepticism had caused me to turn up my nose at it. Does this sound like you? It's definitely like a lot of other people I know.

Since the co-worker had piqued my interest when I was already laying out a plan, secretly, to retire in a couple of years, it felt good just to say to her, "Yes, I'm interested. I have some health issues that need addressing, and I don't want to take more preion drugs. Where do I sign up?"

Since then, I haven't looked back. My presence online and within our line is being felt. More and more contacts are finding their way to me through my social media presence, and we are seeing the conversions to enrollees or preferred customer starting to unwind. If you're familiar with the sales funnel, it's like saying that the conversions are slipping down into the bottom of the funnel and are sure to be dripping into my account in the next few hours. The numbers are there, and the conversions are being tracked.

My new business is that of an affiliate in Hempworx and My Daily Choice. I have been amazed at the resources available from the company to make sales easier and to make the business itself so easy to track. The organization and its inspiration to me are truly some of the best experiences in my life.
