Hello Everyone!  

My name is Alicia Waldman and I am an Independent Consultant for Rodan+Fields Skincare. We are a premium skincare line created by the practicing dermatologists who created Proactiv.  I started out as a customer and was sending my rep so many referrals that I decided to invest in the business for myself!

As I stated earlier, I initially joined Rodan+Fields as a customer.  I suffer from adult acne and tried lines that came close to solving my problem, but never truly cleared it up.  Then, I kept seeing facebook posts from a dear friend of mine about her new skincare business.  I figured I had purchased products from stores and they didn't work.  So why not try hers?  I saw great results within 30 days.  After 60 days, I was hooked!

Joining the business came more slowly for me.  I was still working full-time and while I had no qualms about the network marketing industry, I just didn't believe that I had the time.  You know, parties, meetings, training sessions.  I didn't think the business was a good fit.  But what I found was that Dr. Rodan and Dr. Fields created this business to be a social commerce venture.  That's right!  Rodan+Fields was created specifically to work with social media, particularly facebook.  So I actualy could continue to work the fulltime job that I love, and create a lucrative Plan B that would help me retire a decade early.  And with no parties to have and no inventory to hold, I decided to put my concerns aside and to jump in!

My reason for growing my Rodan+Fields business is to create a 3-5 income plan that will allow me to retire early.  That's my dream and my goal.  But the great thing about Rodan+Fields is that you can tailor it to meet your own dreams.  One of my directs wants to quit work all together to stay home with her children.  Another is already an at home mom and wants something of her own that generates income.  A male direct report saw the business opportunity and, like myself, is using his income to fund his investment plans.  No matter what you dream for your life, Rodan + Fields can help you accomplish your goals.
