I hope you all have been enjoying February, the month of love so far. Everyone talks about Love, what they're gonna do on valentines day, which restaurant they'll go to and so forth. If you don't have a love of your life, you are tempted to feel left out. But hey, I've got news for you. There's one man who has love enough for the whole world. You can make him your valentines date, whether you're male or female.

On the other hand, I believe love doesn't just have to be from other people, it can be from ourselves. Love yourself! What good can money bring if you don't have health?

Self love is what I'll focus on this valentines day. It's not selfishness to have love for yourself. Jesus said, "Love your neighbour as you love yourself," in other words, love your neighbours like you love yourself. So it's not being selfish. Your world begins with you. You're the most important asset in your world. If you have to walk in your purpose, you've got to be in good health, that's where self care comes in. You have to love yourself more than any other person does. You become irresistible if you love yourself because this is the love that flows to others. You can't fully love others if you don't love yourself. If someone tells you they love you, it's ok to say to yourself, "I love me too," before you tell the other person "love you too."

If you don't love yourself, you will always neglect yourself or even under rate your pain. Now is the time to look after yourself Spirit, Soul and Body. Self-care is not selfish, self-care is necessary to keep your body and your soul alive and well. Self-care is more than taking care of your body, it’s taking care of your mind, your emotions and every part of yourself. Taking time to nurture yourself is critical for your well-being, and it’s hard to take care of others close to you if you do not first care for yourself. Taking care of yourself is not a sign of weakness, but a sign that you have the inner-strength to give your body what it needs to feel nourished loved and cared for.

The body gets tired and requires to be loved, to be pampered and to be supported.
