Standing Tall When Criticized

Critics throw mud but lose ground. I once heard this saying The first and great commandment about critics is do not let them scare you because only you can allow someone to make you feel less than you are.

When we allow other peoples words to stop us they will. To succeed in life we must overcome the many efforts of others to pull us down. Don't be afraid of what others say to you because it is just their opinion. What really matters is what you think of yourself.

As it says in Proverbs " Fear of man is a dangerous trap, but to trust in God means safety."

If we are always thinking about what other people think of us then we are having more confidence in their opinion rather than our own. Don't let your life depend on the permission and opinion of others.

I once met a lady who could do nothing without the permission of her husband. She was a very smart and talented woman but always looked to her husband for all the answers, and some of the time his answers where completely wrong and they got into serious financial trouble. If she would have had the guts to listen to herself they would be better off financially today. Instead all she cared about was his thoughts and opinions.

Know this : A critic is simply someone who finds fault without a search warrant. One of the easiest things to do is to find fault in somebody. The most insignificant people are those most apt to sneer at others.

Remember this It is none of my business what others think of me, but it is my business what I think of me.

If you are working your business  sometimes family members can be negative and will not want to purchase one of your products...just keep on going to the next person and sharing your products with them. 

Your family members mean well, but they are afraid that you will become successful and move on without them.   

I had some family members laugh at me when I showed them my network marketing business, and they even laughed at me for not charging for my coaching.   Just keep going because if you do not quit you will be the winner!
