My name is Nadia Knoke & my Husband is Jens-Heiko Knoke, and we are Fitness Coaches.

How did we get to become fitness coaches you might ask?

Well we too started unhappy overweight and depressed. I was losing family members way too soon and too quickly, so we decided enough is enough we have to start changing our lives, we still have a lot to live for.

We started at a Fitclub in Goodwood where we were introduced to an amazing community Fitness group. We had a Full Body & Lifestyle evaluation where we saw we need to change our lives and start living healthier and exercise more.

Long story short I lost 14kg's in 6 months time haven't looked back, feel amazing and love helping other people achieve their goals as well, plus while helping other people achieve their goals we get to make some extra income too. Isn't that fantastic?

That is where Healthy Love Connection Fitness has started in Monte Vista, to help anyone and everyone to reach their weight loss and fitness goals. We are a community of about 18 people, having lots of fun and getting fit and lean at the same time.

We also have fantastic Online Programs and Challenges for anyone all over the world.
